Grahame prides himself on providing all his clients with a Polite & Professional service, right through from planning to the big day & afterwards. We insist on organising a meeting / telephone conversation before you make any decision on your wedding entertainment.
We want to provide the very best service for all our clients, and aim to remove all the stress from the planning and organising of your wedding day entertainment. One way we ease the stress is by providing 24 hour access to your own online planning area, alllowing you to pick the music, organise the timeline and other details at your leisure.
One of our pet hates, is Disc Jockeys who enjoy the sound of their own voice, speaking on the microphone every few minutes. In our opinion this is highly unprofessional and not suitable for a wedding reception.
Normally, Grahame will only use the microphone to introduce himself, welcome the couple to the floor & announce the buffet & the last dance.
However, this is your wedding, and our online planning system allows you to choose the "Microphone Technique" used. We offer two choices -
Keep Quiet - Only the first and last dances are announced. (microphone is locked away for the evening).
Minimal - in addition to the above, we will announce the buffet, requests and any other announcements that need to be made on the night.

Dear Clients, Customers & Visitors.
Due to increased demands from my day job, I have taken the rather difficult decision for the entirity of 2010 to cease taking new events for this year. Working 6 days a week 9-5 is difficult enough, when you add on top of that working as a DJ until the small hours of the morning it can be quite detrimental to your health & family life.
I will be honouring all my weddings currently booked for this year, and will be treating them all with the same care and attention that I have always treated them with.
Rest assured Brides & Grooms I am here for you 24 hours a day, as is my online planning suite.
I am now taking advanced bookings for weddings in 2011 & Beyond, please use our Availability checker to check your date.

Something i haven't done in the past was actively seek feedback from my clients, I just waited for it to roll in. I have now started providing my clients with an evaluation form online for them to submit.
