Our online event planning system enables you to plan every detail of your big day with relation to the entertainment. The online planning system gives us an informed overview of how the evening should proceed, what time the evening buffet and speeches are occuring & also when your first dance will be taking place. This ensures things progress smoothly on your big day, removing any undue stress on what should be the single most important day of your life!
Our event planning system also has an extensive online music library (60,000 tracks and counting) enabling you to choose your first dance track, and parent dances and also allows you to build a playlist of your favourite songs, and songs you definitely would not like to hear! If you wish, your guests can be allowed access to the system so they too can choose their favourite songs. You have total control over the songs they choose, and it’s a great way of getting everyone involved in the planning of your special day!
We also always accept requests on the night. You may think that you are paying for our experience and the ability to “read the floor”. Whilst this is true, we aim to use the request system to give us an idea of the type of music you would appreciate hearing on your big day and allows us to come prepared.
Our online planning system also has the ability for you to pay your
booking fees & event balance securely by credit and debit card through Paypal - this is our preferred payment method, as it is safer for our clients, we do not charge any extra for paypal transactions, nor do you need a PayPal Account.
